Eligible customers may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the conditions below.
14-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Return Eligibility
To qualify, an item must generally be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed and unaltered
- Free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, pet hair, and other signs of use
- Returned with original tags, accessories, and packaging
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
Email rafaelespindola778@gmail.com within the return period and include your name, order number, product, reason for return, and whether you prefer an exchange or refund.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photographs of the item, affected area, product label, packaging, and shipping label.
Do not return an item until customer service provides an approved return address and instructions.
Return Shipping Cost
For approved eligible returns, Wawasky.us covers the standard return shipping cost. We may provide a prepaid label, arrange another return method, or reimburse an approved standard shipping charge.
Unapproved express services, incorrect return addresses, and unauthorized methods may not be reimbursed.
Exchange or Refund
For an approved return, you may choose:
- An exchange for another available size, color, or eligible product
- A refund to the original payment method
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed, altered, used, or customer-damaged products
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Items with stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or other signs of use
- Personalized or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Items clearly marked final sale before purchase
- Unauthorized returns
These exclusions do not remove mandatory rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Returned items are inspected after arrival. Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the funds.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.
